The ocean is the beating heart of Residence 1021. Everything about this beachside home starts with the sea and works its way inward. 

Sitting right on the ocean's edge, we took a big gulp of inspiration and based our design on one idea: the ocean should be part of every moment. We crafted an abstract layout that ensures that wherever you are—whether it’s the living room, bedroom, or even the hallway— you're greeted by a sweeping ocean view the minute you open the curtains. 

Floor-to-ceiling windows and airy layouts make this possible, framing the oceanview into a living piece of art that’s always with you.

Spread across three floors, the home’s design is clean and modern with bold, abstract lines. A palette of white and grey is warmed up with wooden details and sharpened with sleek black accents that once again pairs beautifully with the blue backdrop.
