Verticality defines Linear, giving the building its striking, modern silhouette that stands out in Limassol urban neighborhood. 

The client's ask was straightforward but delicate: create a simple, streamlined design, roomy layouts and expansive verandas for indoor-outdoor flow. To bring this vision to life it was crucial to maximize every square meter the plot had to offer, resulting in four roomy 

two-bedroom apartments (two per floor) and one expansive luxury penthouse with a private roof garden and generous verandas throughout.

To avoid a monotonous exterior, we introduced horizontal volumes that cut across the building’s vertical profile. These horizontal lines add depth and balance to the design, breaking up the structure’s vertical rhythm and lending it a dynamic, layered look. It’s these soft details that give Linear a solid, grounded look with a touch of playfulness that makes it easy to come home to.
