There is a certain beauty in giving an old building a new purpose, like pruning back a branch to let a fresh one grow strong. 

Reviving old buildings always excites us, and we readily put this sustainable design philosophy to action in this Sea Through residential project. 

We took the plain, damaged structure of the original building and transformed it into a vibrant, modern residential unit. We reimagined the two original floors, creating spacious three-bedroom apartments filled with light and comfort. Then, we added a third floor, transforming it into a luxurious five-bedroom penthouse complete with a private pool and a sweeping veranda—an urban oasis that redefines living. 

The owner wanted something unique, low-maintenance, and designed to last, so we used resilient, sustainable materials to keep Sea Through looking fresh for years to come.
