Three individual buildings come together to form the Elysium Heights complex, conceptualized and executed by CSS Architects in Limassol. 

The client requested something simple, elegant, and unique that stayed within the ‘affordable’ price range. Creating luxury on a budget meant rethinking typical “luxury” materials and finishes. Beginning with the end in mind, we focused on impactful design choices and cut away the excess, delivering a refined look that stays true to both the budget and the vision.

Every level of Elysium Heights includes two two-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom apartments, all with private balconies that double as garden oases, offering variety without complicating the layout. The top floor holds the penthouses – two-bedroom apartments with private roof gardens, providing residents their own green space under open skies. Expansive windows and flowing layouts welcome natural sunlight, capturing the essence behind the name Elysium Heights.
