In a progressively concrete world, reconnecting with nature often requires conscious effort. With Verdant Residences we wanted to reverse that narrative, keeping nature where it belongs: All around us.
Rising four floors high in Mesa Geitonia neighborhood, this multi-residence apartment complex has green elements in its veins, keeping nature rooted in its architecture. Combining signature urban design bursting with sustainable life, it's the perfect example that balance is always possible, even in the heart of a metropolis.
The outer shell of Verdant Residences is a mix of sharp edges and organic details. At night, integrated ambient lights trace the form of the building, giving it an inviting and warm presence. The building spans four floors and includes a total of ten residences. Four two-bedroom apartments on the first and second floor, and two top-level penthouses with a private rooftop garden and pool. The ground floor also hosts a secure parking area for residents that flows into the main garden entrance.
Inside, materials speak for themselves. Stone and timber surfaces create warmth, while metallic accents add a polished finish. Hidden lighting and recessed LEDs draw attention to the details, while copper-toned accents add just the right amount of luxury. Above, statement circular pendant lights anchor the living spaces of each apartment.
Open layouts connect seamlessly to outdoor areas, with wide panels of glass inviting daylight and framing sweeping views of the city and beyond.
