True to its name, 3522 Terra Residences is inspired by the earth itself, blending a solid, grounded design with a striking urban presence in the heart of Limassol.
The client’s vision was to create a residential building that offered a versatile mix of apartments for a range of preferences and living dynamics. Though the plot’s unusual shape posed challenges upfront, it became a foundation for our creative design.

With a mix of four 2-bedroom units, three 3-bedroom units, and a one 1-bedroom apartment, Terra offers a range of layouts for any kind of living arrangement while keeping aesthetics modern and classy. On the third floor, two grand 3-bedroom penthouses claim the rooftop, each with its own private garden and jacuzzi, perfect for daily escapes or casual entertaining.

With brass accents, fair-faced concrete, and natural wood lining that warm up the ambiance, Terra feels like the best version of home. It is warm, inviting, and effortlessly elegant, making the most of every day, from sunrise before work to starlit nights with friends.
