It’s only natural, then, that our living environment should reflect this connection. When our homes are integrated with the elements that sustain us, we feel more grounded, more alive, and more at peace.

Sequoia in Town is our response to our primal longing: A renovation project that brings the essence of nature into urban living. Located in Mesa Geitonia of Limassol, Sequoia In Town features five apartments spread between 3 floors. 

The design makes the most of every square meter, offering a semi-exposed parking area for 5 cars and smart, space-saving layouts inside the apartments that optimize space without compromising on livability.

We’ve incorporated wooden paneling into the exterior, complemented by ambient lighting that highlights the luxurious details. A soft, neutral palette ties everything together, creating a look that’s both sophisticated and inviting. Sunlight pours into every apartment thanks to the complex’s thoughtful layout, and solar panels add an eco-friendly touch.

Clean lines and carefully chosen finishes define the interior of each apartment, with subtle luxury details that add a modern elegance.
