2321 is proof that small spaces can still live big and feel even bigger.
During the initial phase of the build we had to figure out how to fit the clients needs into a limited space. Working within such a small footprint, we leaned on innovative architectural techniques to fit multiple bedrooms and functional spaces into a home that still feels spacious and luxurious.
Defined by its unique contours, with angled lines and a dynamic, multi-level structure, the home’s shape is all about optimizing space while making a statement. Every window, door and surface has a specific purpose.
But what sets 2321 apart is its seamless connection to the outdoors. A beautifully landscaped garden and pool area flow naturally from the interior, while the outdoor design incorporates natural shading to keep the space inviting throughout the day. It’s a perfect example of how thoughtful architecture can elevate even the most compact spaces into something extraordinary.
