Two things are clear when one looks at Residence 0525. The ode to outdoor living and usable outdoor space, coupled with sustainable residential design.

Our main focus in the pre-development phase of 0525 was to bring to life the most beautiful aspects of modern Mediterranean living, take advantage of the ample sunshine hours, and prioritize Cypriot architecture. To this effect, we created a space where clean volumes meet soft curvature, keeping the building grounded but open, creating light and space through layered façades in the design. The house’s defining feature is arguably the sculptural rooflines and the rounded terraces, which add movement and energy to the building as it becomes a space for light and nature to take shape.

On the ground floor, a generous garden and shaded patio are on offer, while the upper level accommodates private areas and terraces that extend outward and double as shading elements.The material choices here are restrained but purpose driven, with white rendered surfaces, natural timber accents, as well as exposed concrete elements that add warmth and texture. Large glazed openings support natural daylight and strengthen the connection to the landscape.

Residence 0525 is a true example of Mediterranean slow living, designed to support everyday life through simple and intuitive design.
