You can’t build right next to the Limassol Marina and not take inspiration from the water. 

It is a constant presence that touches everything around it.That’s the energy we wanted for the MATA Korean Restaurant. To be a space that flows, shifts, and invites you in like an easy tide.

From the outside, the building plays with rhythm. A series of arched openings rise and fall, like the tide coming in. Natural stone and big glass panels keep things grounded, letting the marina seep into the space. Inside, the movement continues. A curved bar flows through the room, shaped like a wave in motion. The deep turquoise palette wraps around the space, bringing to mind the color of the water just before the sun sets. Overhead, wooden slats and hanging greenery create a canopy for guests to enjoy their authentic Korean cuisine. 

The feature wall adds the final touch, a balance of light, shape, and organic textures that make the space come alive.
