In the quiet and upscale cottage village of Agios Tychonas, the new residential space of Geomera stands strong in its commitment to upscale privacy.This low-rise building spans three exclusive residences, with two, two-bedroom apartments and one expansive three-bedroom unit. The latter also boasts a private roof garden, another secluded outdoor oasis perfect for relaxation or entertaining guests.

One of the challenges of Geomera was the sloped plot on which it is settled on, creating significant height differences. Following our commitment to environment cohesion, a careful design was chosen, across multiple levels to ensure it integrates with the terrain without creating areas of low light.

Dressed in exposed architectural concrete and rich natural wood accents, it features multiple recessed volumes that fit the layered façade and create a dynamic and sophisticated first impression.Deep balconies run along each level, extending the living space outward while providing natural shade and privacy to its residents that supports everyday Mediterranean living.
