Rather than standing apart from its surroundings, Exelixis blends into the neighborhood, creating a corporate workspace that feels calm and integrated into the urban fabric of the Kapsalos neighborhood.

The design is organized around a clear three-floor office layout and is elevated above ground level through dedicated parking. This strategy lifts the building visually, allowing it to feel light and open at street level while clearly separating public movement from working spaces above. The elevation also enhances privacy while keeping access to natural light open, giving the offices more spatial comfort.

On the exterior, the vertical linear element that wraps and cuts through the façade breaks the mass into smaller visual segments, creating shifting perspectives. With elements of exposed architectural concrete and slabs finished in dark hues, contrasted by the warmth of the timber and expansive glazing.
