The Emerald is a multi-residential apartment complex located in the prestigious Agios Athanasios neighborhood of Limassol, Cyprus. 

With traditional buildings on all sides, we wanted to build something modern that still spoke the same language as its neighbors. We leaned into its heritage with stone, wood, and vertical openings pairing it with bold concrete facades, steel V-shaped columns, cascading greenery, and striking diagonal lines to bring in some modern energy.

The three-floor construction, with an additional roof garden and underground parking, features eight luxurious apartments. The ground and first floors house six two-bedroom apartments, all with direct access to the communal pool, which is surrounded by greenery, feeling like a private cove. On the top floor, two three-bedroom penthouses offer private roof gardens with stunning panoramic views. 

Inside the luxurious apartments, clean, sleek lines frame cozy, functional spaces, with plenty of hidden storage solutions. Massive windows pull in the city, the sea, and all the light they can grab, while at night, hidden lighting takes over. The bathrooms lean into the ultra-modern aesthetic with matte fixtures and marble finishes.
