Cielo rises on a beautiful hillside overlooking the sea in the Limassol suburbs, perfectly positioned to capture the beauty of one of Cyprus’s most renowned tourist regions. The goal and challenge was to make sure every apartment gets a prime slice of that stunning view.

To pull this off, we got creative with the layout. Rather than sticking with a single block structure, we split the building into two separate sections, strategically offset to optimize each apartment’s view. The front half faces west for those amazing sunsets, and the back half faces east for peaceful morning light.

Inside, Cielo has six luxury two-bedroom apartments, each between 100-150 sqm, including roomy verandas. The top two units also come with private roof pools and lounges, offering the ultimate experience in both privacy and style.

Cielo’s split design also carves out a new level of privacy for all residents. The central staircase acts as a natural divide, giving each side of the building its own sense of space and seclusion. It’s an outside-the-box approach that brings in both light and life from every angle, balancing luxury and privacy.
