The Chara Building, located in Kapsalos,Limassol  is a modern residential complex designed with our signature sustainable and minimalist approach. Better materials, better flow, better spaces that feel effortless to live in. When design is pared down to its essentials, what’s left is stronger, clearer, and more grounded.

It houses 4 units in its symmetrical, 2-storey frame. The horizontal form stretches outward instead of upward, reinforcing a sense of stability and openness. Every unit comes with a private balcony, offering just enough space to catch some air, take in the view, and reset.

Neutral tones like white and gray set a clean backdrop, with wooden details on the columns and railings adding depth and warmth. To build privacy, we added palm trees and a low perimeter wall to frame the building. Just enough to keep it feeling open, but with that extra layer of seclusion.
