It doesn’t look like a multi-residential development in the heart of the city until you reimagine what city living could be. And that’s exactly the idea we started our blueprints on. Rising in Mesa Geitonia, Limassol, the building unfolds in staggered volumes and angled concrete blades, creating a visual rhythm that forms the canvas for nature to take the lead. Warm timber soffits add a grounding tactility overhead, drawing the eye inward and upward.Layer by layer, green spills over the fair-faced concrete, the very lines that divide one balcony from the next, turning each into a perch for planting, a pocket of shade and an extension of the living quarters. The vertical greenery is more than aesthetic: it cools the microclimate, invites biodiversity, and reclaims a slower, greener way of life within the urban setting.
