The four-building Olive Residences in Livadia is a modern low-rise development designed to offer clean rectilinear geometry and clear layering.With dominant white and off-white rendered surfaces, the first impression of the building is light reflection and openness. Warm timber cladding adds much-needed vertical and horizontal accents, as well as warmth and texture to the façade. Small touches of exposed concrete elements and the signature olive green rendering are used to ground the composition while preserving visual continuity.

The design of the outdoor spaces is strongly rooted in contemporary Mediterranean residential architecture, with large glazed openings for light and deep recessed balconies that double as vertical screens to manage privacy between units while offering shade and space for greenery.

The one- and two-bedroom apartments in each building also boast private roof gardens on the uppermost floors, which extend the living areas and provide more secluded spots for entertaining.
