The recessed balconies, planted courtyards, and green pockets are integrated seamlessly into the design, softening the cube-like geometry and supporting privacy, ventilation, and everyday outdoor use.

The interior follows an open floor plan, with the kitchen, dining and lounge areas connecting naturally. Natural light is optimized for, with large windows that frame towards the planted outdoor areas. The tones are neutral, with vertical timber screens and sculpted staircases but also stone-inspired surfaces and matte finishes that create a modern and neutral canvas that residents can build on.
