Gracing the neighborhood of Agia Fyla, N.P Square is a compact yet confident development hosting seven apartments, ranging from airy one-bedroom homes to generous three-bedroom residences. 

The uppermost level is reserved for two penthouses, each with a rooftop sanctuary: a carefully composed sequence of pool, kitchen, and shaded living spaces with panoramic views across the skyline.

Wrapped in deep balconies and framed by architectural screening, the building balances sun protection with visual depth. We leaned into natural textures of raw concrete, wood paneling, and cascading plants, to add warmth and tactility to the clean-lined geometry.

From the street, the building’s stepped façade breaks down its scale, offering moments of privacy and exposure. Each elevation is intentional, opening up or drawing in depending on use and orientation. 

Covered parking is located at the base of the building, providing secure and convenient access for all units.
