Residence #1023 is the result of our studio’s uncompromising ethos to sustainable living, bringing space, light, material, and rhythm into a common language. This is how we build. This is how we believe living should be.

In this build, we developed architecture and interior design hand-in-hand. As soon as you enter, a long visual corridor guides the eye forward and up. This linear flow is an intentional touch that elongates the experience of the home, inviting movement even in its compact footprint. At the centre, a floating staircase becomes both a focal point and a sculptural element — suspended beside a vertical garden, it quietly anchors the double-height volume while softening its geometry. Light oak floors ground the interior with warmth paired gently with built-in seating alcoves along the full-length windows.

Functional zones remain open yet subtly defined through material transitions and spatial cues: curated lighting, bespoke joinery, and tonal variation in finishes.

The house orients itself naturally to light and breeze. Native plantings line the private garden, while overhangs and shaded windows reduce thermal load. At the rear, the home unfolds into a private pool and garden, framed by soft landscaping that invites both recreation and retreat.
