What if green spaces didn’t stop at the park? And you didn’t have to choose between greenery and living in the city? In a city that’s always moving, Oasis Verde offers this rare luxury: space to breathe and call home.
Built in Agios Ioannis, this pair of residential buildings brings greenery, light, and smart design together to create homes that feel grounded, comfortable, and refreshingly human. Inspired by Mediterranean living and shaped by today’s need for healthier urban spaces, Oasis Verde is full of small but intentional design choices. There are 21 homes included, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to spacious three-bedroom homes and three exclusive penthouses with private rooftop gardens. Deep balconies stretch across each level, edged with planted terraces that do more than beautify—they provide privacy, shade, and a cooling effect that enhances the microclimate. These ‘green’ edges form the project’s living skin, helping residents stay connected to the outdoors, even from within their homes.
Discreet linear lighting traces the contours of the balconies by night, offering a soft, ambient glow that highlights the building’s geometry while preserving its calm presence in the neighborhood.
Between the two buildings, a shared pool anchors the project’s social spirit—a communal space for pause, connection, and cool relief. Much like the Mediterranean courtyards of the past, this central space becomes a quiet backdrop for neighbourly interaction and slow summer afternoons.
