K08 is a residential building in Limassol that’s hard to walk by without a second look. It’s bold, it’s fun, and it’s not just another building on the block.
What started as critical challenges in the building and design phase turned out to be the very factors that set it apart. Confronted with a narrow plot and a client request for spacious two-bedroom apartments on every floor, we had to think outside the box to make it all fit together – so we reshaped it into triangles.
Each balcony became a triangle, stacking and angling up the building to give K08 a bold, rhythmic facade that feels alive. This unexpected design doesn’t just solve spatial challenges; it gives every apartment a prime view out the window and an unforgettable style.
The balcony layout shaped the entire apartment setup. Each floor has one apartment facing the road and another at the back, with the staircase and lift neatly dividing them down the middle. At the top, a communal roof garden with a BBQ area invites residents to relax, enjoy the views, and feel right at home.
