Building a residential multi-storey on a prime lot of the exclusive Germasogeia hills was both a challenge and an opportunity we were proud to take on. The hillside plot required a thoughtful design that would work with the land, not against it.

The Sharona Hills Residence takes full advantage of this setting. 

With six luxurious 2-bedroom apartments and a shared rooftop garden, the building both belongs to the landscape and stands out, highlighting its refined feel. Sharona Hills embodies a dual design philosophy. One side projects outward, offering a sense of freedom and connection to the landscape. The inner side tucks into the hillside, protected and grounded. This careful balance respects the terrain, resulting in functionality and efficient construction.
